The founder of Leiðin heim

My name is Silvia Bök (Atma- meditation name) and I moved 2015 from Germany to Iceland- I'm a certified Rebalancing deep tissue bodyworker since 2011 and support and guide my clients with an international NLP- Master degree since 2008 through difficulty conflicts or life situations, to gain a better quality of life again and freedom with the past.

Rebalancing bodywork is my passion, I'm teaching Rebalancing myofascia release trainings since 2018 in Iceland- a powerful method of self discovery and transformation to get in deep touch and deep connection with yourself again and free the body from chronic pain and emotional armoring and trauma.

On my own spiritual path I got to know and experienced lots of holistic healing methods in Germany, Spain and the baltic countries like Reiki, Deeksha and angelic healing, family constellation, bodywork, bodyreading and traumawork by Wilhelm Reich and I like to bring more knowledge to the people in Iceland and in the world, which are searching for physical, mental and spiritual healing methods.
A holistic healing center was always my vision since I came to Iceland, to bring the wisdom of eastern and western medicine and approaches to people and collaborate with therapists/healers to heal, improve peoples health - to be more in balance, harmony, strength and to feel home again.

I need your help

I like to ask you for your support to open the holistic healing center 'Leiðin heim' for you and therapists from all over the world to teach, to learn from and to experience healing methods, which help you to dive into a feeling of ease and coming home.
Still the space is in renovation and I need support to finance the entrance flooring, a sound proof wall, interiors, 20 chairs, a sound system, lights, detox equipment like a slow juicer and a blender, shelves, yogamats, mattresses, pillows, warm blankets for you to feel comfortable.

Leiðin heim is located in the building of the old TV station in Laugavegur 178 and will be a center for holistic therapies to support people as a whole in body, mind and spirit connection. I will offer active meditations, family constellations, group healings with other colleagues, detoxing courses and Rebalancing deep tissue massage programs with the help of one of my former student Linda Dimante. I am building up a bigger team already.

The certified Rebalancing trainings will be held from March 2023- May 2024 in Leiðin heim and as well it is possible to rent it out to other therapists or healer for sound healings, ceremonies, movements etc., which are waiting already for the room to be finished.
It will be a space where you can nourish your heart and soul, relax, recharge, recover and just be in the here & now in a beautiful calming surrounding, with light interior and like minded people. Or you can be with a therapist in our timeless treatment room, which is beside the group space and already in use since January 2023.

The space in Laugavegur 178

The center has a small kitchen area for tea or refreshments, a storage for yogamats, pillows and blankets, 6 massage benches for trainings is in work to have the space clean (see pictures).
My vision is a fake fireplace in front of the space and a ceiling covered with white/beige linen fabric to let you feel in a magical, calming and nourishing atmosphere. I love to create a space of vibrant energy- a base to calm down and recharge the nervous system in these turbulent times.
The room of 120 sqm has a lot of potential for trainings, workshops like craniosacral therapy, Kinesiology ( which is planned already in May, September and February next year), trauma constellations, in remedies or others.

I'm so excited to invite you and spend time together to heal, to laugh, to express, to move, to be in silence, to transform and grow above ourselves- in a space you have created as well.
