With my project of a holistic healing center 'Leiðin heim' (The way home) in Reykjavík I am creating a beautiful unique 170 sqm space with treatment room for Rebalancing® deep tissue massage programs, certified trainings, transforming life coaching, trauma constellations, sound- and spiritual group healings, active meditations, detox programs and more education in eastern and western holistic therapies. Especially when we lack health and energy, suffering from chronic pain or illness, we need the knowledge and support to heal, to uplift our energy and to come back in balance, harmony and strength again. Holistic healing is focusing on the person as a whole - the body, mind and spirit are influencing each other - rather just treating a specific health condition.
