Drawing is fun

Eva Jónína was drawing eye-catching images at an early age. She has always worked hard on honing her skills.

When watching cartoons, she seems just as interested in the artform itself, as the story. She studies the characters and the general style of each cartoon. She often jumps on youtube to watch "How to draw" videos.

The Publication

It was Eva's dad who came up with the idea to actually publish a colouring book for kids. Dads are after all famous for getting crazy ideas on behalf of their children. But Eva didn't think his idea was crazy at all. She immediatelly started working on creating images for the book.

Wants to help others

Eva has arthritis. For that reason, she has been a frequent guest at hospitals and doctor's offices, despite her young age.

Should we succeed in financing The Small Colouring Book, she has decided to donate "a lot" of books to the Children's Hospital. If the book sells well enough, she also wants to give a donation to The Icelandic Fund for children with RMD´s.

Apart from those decisions, she hasn't shown much interest in the financing process. She is much more interested in the artistic side of this venture.
