We are two pharmacists with a great interest in health, nutrition and activity who practise weightlifting. 4 years ago we realised the workout drinks that were on the market did not suit us. Some of them did not have sufficient effect while others were potentially harmful.
There were drinks to use pre-workout, thirst quenchers and hydrating drinks or energy gels to use during and proteins to consume post-workout, as well as creatine and many other products.
We wanted to simplify things and make one drink to combine them all.

By building up on our scientific background, peer-reviewed articles and research we developed a drink where each and every ingredient has a distinct purpose and is added in the sufficient volume to meet that goal.
Our nutrients have their greatest effect if used during exercise but your stomach won't agree with much workout drinks while under stress and therefore they are to be used pre- or post-workout.
Formúla on the other hand contains special proteins and carbohydrates that are readily accessible to muscle cells with out upsetting your stomach, which meens it can and should be used during practise to make you reach past your peak performance in a much simpler way than has been possible to this day.

Formúla supplies muscles with sufficient energy, nutrition, bloodflow and water to increase your performance, power and endurance in workouts.
Formúlas effects inhibit musclefiber-braekdown and induces muscle growth while reducing muscle soreness, strains and fatigue that otherwise would follow a draining effort.

Formúla also contains certain aminoacids and creatine as its main ingredients as well as salts and caffein.

The drink has been tested for over two years but has just recently got its name and new look as the brand Formúla.

The product is fully developed and quality tested and the packaging is all set up and ready. The next step is to get it in to production and that is where you come in. With your support we can buy raw materials to produce the first batch and lunch on market.
