Gústi the Strong thrilled the world in 2024 in his debut short film Gústi the Strong vs The Merman and even winning awards such as:
-Best Icelandic Short at Frostbiter Horror Film Festival 2024
-Best Villain at the Tulsa Underground Film Festival 2025
-Audience Award for best comedy short at the Nevermore Film Festival 2025
More importantly Gústi won the hearts and minds of people all over the globe.
Now Gústi seeks to return to wrestle once more in Gústi the Strong vs the Draugr and this is your chance to support him.
We've written a script that's twice as long, twice as funny, and has about the same amount of wrestling as the previous short-film. In this thrilling and hilarious script, loosely based on the Saga of Grettir the Strong, Gústi battles a ferocious draugr that haunts a rural gym. Gústi must use all his wits and strength to conquer the undead fiend in a sportsmanlike match of glíma.
