LOST from Akureyri in Iceland is a 30 years old punk/rock band but yet, a sort of new band. LOST used to play in the years of 1987-1989 and in the end published one cassette that was named LOST, which later was published in CD in 2017. Because of that new release the band decided to get back together, three of the original members that still live in Akureyri, Rögnvaldur Bragi bass player and the two front men Jóhann Ásmundsson and Kristján Pétur Sigurðsson. To tighten the band they hired the guitar players Pétur Steinar Hallgrímsson, Sumarliði Helgason and the drummer Haukur Pálmason. They soon began experimenting with new songs instead of only playing the old ones and in a few months they had a lot of new songs that now need to be recorded and published, with your help of course. These new songs represents that true rock & roll feeling that we all bear in our hearts and those who have seen LOST perform live know what we are talking about.

Haukur Pálmason handles recordings on the new album that has been given the name "Fastir í fegurðinni" ("Stuck in the beauty"). Ágúst Halldórsson does the artwork for the album.
