Kaki Wong

Born in Hong Kong, Kaki is currently based in London and is studying in the London Film School - MA in Filmmaking. Her films are mainly about strange human relationships. All of her films featured female stories, hoping that can lead to females to work on film set to express their voices.

Born in Hong Kong, Kaki in recent years had participated in many main protests in Hong Kong as a documentary video/photographer. She is currently studying in London Film School, MA in Filmmaking.


Her films are mainly about strange human relationships and fantasies. All of her films featured female characters and stories, she hoped her films can lead to more discussion on female issues and can even attract more female to join the film industry to speak out their voice. She hasworked as an internship in Reykjavík International Film Festival during summer 2015.


She has been commissioned by Channel 4 Random Acts for her short film "Goodbye Stranger". Her short film "The Next Stop is Happiness Where This Bus Terminates" had won various awards across festivals, including Best Script at Cinemagic Film Festival and the Jury Prize at St Neots Film Festival 2017. Her films have also been screened at various places across the world, including Hong Kong, Reykjavík, Bangalore, Italy, Paris, Hannover etc.
