Róbert Stefánsson

Short bio about me.
My name is Róbert Stefánsson, born in Reykjavik, Iceland 1977. From early age I have always been keen to draw and think about graphic and design. Interest in technology grew soon after the so-called dot-com internet bubble around the year 2000. I studied multimedia design in Reykjavik and later finished that study in Vancouver, Canada with Diploma in Web Design and Interactive Media in 2014 with an award for Best of Show in web developing.

Over the years I have showcased my artwork in few exhibitions in art gallery, coffee house and on the internet. The art work span photography, drawings and air-brush painting. Lately my interest have developed in combining art and technology with publishing.

I founded my own company, called IT media back in 2005. That year I published The Phrase Book for the first time. It was my full time job for almost 2 years. From 2007 - 2012 I worked as technician in telecom company in Iceland. In 2012 I moved to Canada and back to Iceland in 2014. Since I moved back to Iceland I have been working as software specialist.
