Laura Mara Tablón

Laura Mara Tablón, Argentina, 12/03/79. Producer, scriptwriter and film director. In 2015, she

founded Rita Cine, a film company focused on auteur movies. Her films premiered at international

festivals such as Berlinale, Biennale di Venezia, Cannes, San Sebastian, Mar del Plata. She develops

the work of the Argentine authors: Sol Berruezo Pichon-Rivière, Iván Fund, Betania Cappato, and

Ezequiel Erriquez Mena. In 2025, she won the Silver Bear Jury Prize for the film “The Message”,

directed by Iván Fund.
