A trained arborist, Jakob hung up his chainsaw and commenced the extraordinary task of delivering handmade Australian Pies to Iceland. Satisfying a craving felt by my many and only now understood by more!

Since 2020 he has perfected the processes involved and streamlined the production of pies thanks to regular training trips to Australia, the US and collaborations with local bakers.

His pies are award winning and awesome!
