Restituta Joseph Surumbu

Restituta (Resty) kemur frá þorpinu Bashay í Tansaníu og hefur hlotið þjálfun í hótelrekstri bæði í Tansaníu sem hún býr en einnig á Íslandi. Hún kom til Íslands þar sem hún tók námskeið í ýmsum greinum, svo sem ensku, bókhaldi og upplýsingafræði. Hún fékk þjálfun í hótelrekstri frá Hótel Bifröst á Íslandi. Resty er fyrirtaks kokkur og hugsar vel um gesti Tanzanice sem er gistiheimili sem Anna og Viðar eiga og reka í Tansaníu.

Restituta (Resty) has got training in hotel management both in Tanzania as well as in Iceland. Resty comes from Bashay village but she stayed in Iceland where she took courses in various subjects, like English, Accounting and Computers. She got training at Hotel Bifrost in Iceland. Resty is an excellent chef and takes good care of the guests at Tanzanice farm where she works.
