Magnús Árni Skjöld Magnússon

Magnús Árni lauk BA prófi í heimspeki frá Háskóla Íslands,MA prófi í alþjóða- og þróunarhagfræði frá University of San Francisco og MPhilprófi í Evrópufræði frá Cambridge-háskóla. Hann er nú dósent í stjórnmálafræðivið Háskólann á Bifröst. Áður hefur hann til að mynda starfað sem rektor og aðstoðarrektor Háskólans á Bifröst, sem forstöðumaður Félagsvísindastofnunar Háskóla Íslands og sem aðjúnkt í stjórnmálafræði við Háskóla Íslands. Magnús hefur setið í stjórnum ýmissa samtaka, þ.á.m. UN Women.

Magnús Árni has a BA degree in Philosophy from University of Iceland, MA degree in International and Development Economics from University of San Francisco and a MPhil degree in Economics from University of Cambridge. He is a professor of Politics at Bifrost University. Previously he has worked as the rector and vice-rector of Bifrost University, the director of the Social Science Research Institute at University of Iceland and as a adjunct at University of Iceland. Magnús has been a board member of several government bodies and NGOs e.g. the National Committee of UN Women in Iceland.
