Further Information

I've been active in the Icelandic music scene for a long time but mainly as an instrumentalist, rather than a composer. Probably best known for playing guitar with HAM and GlerAkur but played with a plethora of artists. A few years ago I got the idea of releasing a few of my own songs. Ideas can be persistent and this one wouldn't go away but grew instead. Now is the time to do this. This will be some kind of tribute to the music I grew up with. Influenced by punk, 80s indie/alternative rock, metal and classic rock. Expect loud guitars and thundering bass and drums. I play all instruments and sing but got my buddy from HAM, Arnar Geir Ómarsson, to play the drums. The album will be recorded and mixed by Einar Vilberg at Studio Hljóðverk.

I've assisted my friends in the Icelandic band Sólstafir on a few occasions and even starred in one the video for their song "Bláfjall". This is of course me bragging about how versatile and talented I am.
