I always loved mushrooms and one and a half years ago an article in Bændablaðið, of all things, got me started into research, trial runs and finally into establishing Sveppasmiðja. After half a year of happy doityourselfing, I grow now all kind of delicious mushrooms in an altered shipping container.
But now, after fine-tuning all my equipment and beginning to establish a base of regular customers, it's time to take the next step and have Sveppasmiðja running full tilt. That means a second autoclave, a table for packing fresh mushrooms or grow kits, some extra shelf space. And a ton of raw materials to give me a boost!
