Further Information

The Garlic Grater Bowl - A tool to make garlic oil!
The bowl is both a kitchen utility and accessory and is a beauty from wherever you look! It is furthermore so easy to clean!!
You rub the surface of the bowl with the garlic, pour the olive oil over and voila! Garlic Oil!!

I design because it’s a way of mental breathing that nurtures my whole being. It allows me to connect to different emotions or feelings that maybe are in a need of an encounter with other beings in the form of design. That´s why my design often crash-lands on your dinner table, in your kitchen or on your shoulder, to name but a few objects or non-objects could be an option too.

Slow design is my other preference because it suits our biological pace of life. It embraces the existent of harmony, consideration, and contemplation. So, we get to be more human beings and feel less as human doings, because that’s in alignment with our core values. Design for me is just another face/aspect of being human, it’s an intergraded part of who we are and what we need to survive. Not to forget that the first tool of man was fire and saved us in many ways, but it too destroyed in a great many other ways.

“If you think good design is expensive, you should look at the cost of bad design.”Dr. Ralph Speth CEO Jaguar.

My background in Sculpture studies helps me to directly connect to the anatomic bodily thought and structure of the whole human being as a whole identity and the knowledge to combine the hand, heart, and head at the same time rhythmically, I believe align our breath too. Isn’t all about loving one's breath?

My MA in Design studies becomes important as the root of design today has a coherency to ethical and aesthetic principals and are the most needed elements in design thinking processes today. The slow making includes real-life in its most honest way of living and does not ignore our mutual home, Earth. Design should enhance life and not the market!

Diploma in Art Teaching allows me to share my all-around knowledge to the younger generation and make the values of both the aforementioned blooms.
