Dísella Lárusdóttir, singer and Friðrik Karlsson, guitar player worked together on an album called „Solo noi“ in 2008. Time has flown by since then and they have been busy in different parts of the world working on different projects but now they want to gather their strengths together again and work on more recordings.

Dísella and Friðrik have both worked mostly abroad (not in Iceland :) ). Dísella has focused on classical music and has been singing in places like The Metropolitan Opera NY, Teatro Dell Opera di Roma in Italy, Carnegie Hall New York and Walt Disney Concert Hall Los Angeles.

Friðrik is an extremely multitalented musician and has performed with some of the biggest names in the music business world wide, names like Kate Bush, Madonna, Jose Carreras and Tom Jones. He is also a member of the Icelandic band Mezzoforte. Along with all this, he has released multiple relaxation and meditation albums known as „The Feel Good Collection“.

„Solo noi“, the CD, was completely sold out but the recordings can be approached on Spotify and Youtube. During the time it was released, both Dísella and Friðrik were so busy abroad that they were not able to follow it up with concerts or other performances. This time around they plan on having more time, promising a release concert and possibly other performances.
