We hope the film reaches the people who need to see it the most.
It is made purely to shine light on what is often not spoken about which is the family of drug and alcohol abusers.

My name is Tómas Welding and the characters in the story are inspired by my closest ones.
For the past 11 years, the family has been going through a long struggle - especially my mother. I have four brothers, all of which have been addicted to some form of substance abuse. They can in no way, see the damaged caused by their actions while they are at it. I want to make this film in a special way, I want to follow the addict throughout the film, yet tell the story of the mother at home. We never see the mother, but we hear her phone calls.

If you you have or know someone who has an addict close to them, you are more then welcome to pass the film onto them to show them how real the damage caused by them is.
