About the film

The story takes place in a beautiful friendly neighbourhood just outside of Reykjavík where two fourteen year old girls are bored with their lives. They go start a youtube channel and go around the neighbourhood spying on people. But when they believe they witnessed a real life murder their search for escape and thrill sends them to a dangerous path.

About the Project

We have finished shooting the film and are now going into post production. Where the film is edited, sound edited, scored and colour graded. We need your help to get across the finish line.

The director, Lovisa Lara. Started working on the screenplay when she was studying at the Icelandic Film School. After putting the project on the shelf for a year she suddenly got a new inspiration to make the film.

She gathered a group of talented people who believed in the project and wanted to help.

She financed the film out of her own pocket so we had to be very organised to make this work. We managed to do the impossible and shoot the film in eight days!

Who are we?

Lovisa Lara, director. Graduated from film school in 2014. She has made a few shorts that have gone to festivals around the world and won awards. She also founded the horror film festival Frostbiter.

Nanna Höjgaard Grettisdottir is the cinematographer and editor of this film. She also worked on the two short films above.

The young actresses in the starring roles are Kolfinna Þorgrímsdóttir and Sonja Rut Valdin.

This is their first feature film.

Kolfinna is a very talented model, she also competed in this years Miss Iceland.

Sonja is a very popular snapchat personality. She is been acting since she was a kid.
