Renegades is a graphic novel about a group of outlaws who are be forced to work together to escape a space station where they are being held captive. During their escape these individuals will find themselves in perilous situations that will require them to utilize all their talents to survive. Ultimately this is a story of friendship and the bonds that bind us together wrapped up in humor and suspense. This book will only be the first in a series of graphic novels that follow this band of misfits as they travel the universe in search of adventures.

The Artist

Azriel Black is an up-and-coming artist who has a degree in 3D and 2D animation and has been writing stories since he was a child. He has a strong background in web comics, cartoons, films and even literature.

Funding would help me devote the time and energy it takes to write the script and draw the whole graphic novel. Once ready it is my hope to find a publisher who is willing publish the comic in print form.

Renegades er myndasaga um hóp af útlögum sem neyðast til að vinna saman til að sleppa af geimstöð þar sem þau eru haldin föngum. Er þau flýja munu þessir ólíku einstaklingar lenda í alls konar lífshættulegum aðstæðum. Aðstæður sem krefjast þess að þau notfæri sér alla sína hæfileika til að komast af. Þegar öllu er á botni hvolft þá er þetta fyndin og spennandi saga sem fjallar um þau vinabönd sem að binda okkur saman. Þessi bók mun verða sú fyrsta í seríu sem að mun fylgja þessum hópi vandræðagemsa er þau ferðast um himingeimana í leit að ævintýrum.

Höfundurinn

Azriel Black er ungur íslenskur listamaður sem hefur gráðu í 3D og 2D teiknimyndagerð og hefur verið að semja sögur frá því að hann barn. Hann hefur unnið áður að vefmyndasögum, teiknimyndum, kvikmyndum og jafnvel bókmenntum.

Fjármögnun myndi hjálpa mér að tileinka þeim tíma og orku sem fer í að skrifa og teikna heila myndasögu. Það er mín von að þegar hún verður tilbúinn að geta fundið útgefanda sem er tilbúinn til að gefa hana út í prentformi.
